CREATIVE COACH
Aliyah Marr writes and speaks on the power of creativity. She claims that there are more creative geniuses on Earth than at any other time in recorded history. The sheer numbers of creatively-awakened, free-thinking individuals on the planet has precipitated a unique event: for the first time, the human species as a whole has a chance to obtain intellectual and creative freedom. We stand at the threshold of the most powerful leap in human evolution — this leap will not be physical or technological; it will be a quantum leap in human consciousness.
As an author, Aliyah’s mission is 3-tiered: the 1st tier is focused on individual creative empowerment, the 2nd tier shows how to form communities (what we have called “organizations” or “corporations”) of empowered individuals, the 3rd tier is a vision of a new society based upon what she calls “natural ethics;” the form a community naturally takes when based upon respect and individual recognition and contribution.
At the base of her vision is the empowered, free individual that Aliyah has coined, “the Conscious Creative.” Without the respect and freely-given contributions of all the individuals of a community, no true advancement in human society can be achieved. But the pressure of the awakened individuals will not allow us to fall back into ignorance and unconsciousness; the tsunami of human evolution generated by the quake of creative empowerment is on our event horizon, approaching us as time disappears. We will obtain this evolutionary step regardless of the weight of out-modded traditional structures and the drag of limiting ideas. The consciousness evolution is cross-cultural, transnational, and it is inevitable.

I love interactive sites; sites that you can play with, interact with, and learn from. I use Flash to create interactive games and complex web sites. You can see some of my interactive work, and my book designs on my Flash site, FreshAsylum.com.

Radi8.org is also an interactive website that is set up like a game with lots of Easter eggs (hidden stuff for the user to find). This interface teaches you how to use it as you use it. You can see some of my paintings, videos, and interactive art on it.

1) do you think a word press blog=website, is better than one with index and their own pages or what I am thinking is an actual web-style store?
2) How would you say you are differnt from go-daddy who can be available 24/7 to clients and talk them through creating their own webs?
3) what is your style in personal coaching for actresses who want to put together a show and attract venues that host/pay for all? or and actually guiding someone who has a couple of creative ideas for web site a one with line of stuff that peeps could buy products/one for stories to be purchased … is it better to publish some writing that peeps can read a line or tow than have them buy the stories @ $3.00 or $5.00 each? rather than try and get work published through a “house”?
4) for example, I know of someone who as a web helper is into the importnce of social media tools. that person’ fee is $480./$495 per year. What is a good indication of choosing a web host & coach?
I have a web site word press logo thing started. Haven’t done anything yet. Thining of using a different “host” but you can tke a look at my logo/homepage. On Blogger you can find me: theroxannediaries.blogspot.com/ I believe.
Thank You. I have your book BIRD SEED. I am reading it now.

Ritza,
Thank you for your questions.
I am a coach and consultant; if you need specific skills like web site design, social media, etc. then I would recommend working with those experts that have those skills. I recommend using WordPress for the admin panel that it gives the author. But if you are happy with GoDaddy, then by all means, use it.
As for coaching, I work personally with those who feel they are ready for high-level advice — what I call “meta-level” advice, working closely with them on their brand, and their creative ideas. Generally, my clients work with me on a monthly basis. This requires a level of commitment for both parties, spanning at least a 6 month time period. Usually, we have to meet first — over the phone is fine — and decide whether our respective aims and skills are compatible.
From what you are saying, it seems you are not yet ready for this kind of consulting or coaching. You are in a phase where you are acquiring information and skills on your own. I know how that is, since I spent a lot of years in just such a phase. Now I use the “meta-information” gained from such a disparate palette of skills and ventures to help my clients, by allowing them to by-pass some of the learning phase. However, I don’t use my skills to help them produce whatever it is they are trying to create. This is what makes me a coach/consultant, rather than just a designer, writer, or marketing expert.
Books like BIRD SEED can help you gain the same information at a fraction of the price of individualized coaching/consulting. Plus, you have the personal satisfaction of learning new skills and from being totally in charge of your brand/life. Good luck and let me know how you are faring. Thanks for buying my book!
